modified horn by an auto driver. The purpose is to sound horn. Equipment to
sound horn is unserviceable for want of rubber balloon like manual blower.
Immediate requirement for this auto rickshaw is fulfilled in this manner. The
presence of mind, economy consciousness, ability, technique, and successful
completion of required and planned tasks by auto drivers of Tamil Nadu are
really marvelous. Where there is a will there is a way.
